Convention management is our core business. The PCO (Professional Congress Organizer) is a focused and dedicated group of experienced managers who will deliver the best possible forum of international standards anywhere in the world, with emphasis on quality sales, marketing, and management.
As the number of international congresses hosted in Asia continues to increase, AsiaCongress takes a pro-active role in assisting associations in the bidding process and servicing these congresses. AsiaCongress is unique in its approach to conferences in that it accepts flexible working arrangements covering small parts of the conventions to managing entire events, and in some cases carrying the financial and commercial responsibility associated with the events.
AsiaCongress enjoys a strategic alliance with Kenes Asia / Kenes International, a world leading medical congress organiser based in Geneva, Switzerland. Through this alliance, AsiaCongress received professional training on the latest technologies to produce congresses of the highest international standards. Today, AsiaCongress’ standards are as competitive as any western international PCO. Kenes Asia and AsiaCongress jointly run congresses in many countries.
AsiaCongress, as a Joint Venture with the PICO Group, receives supporting services, regional market knowledge and valuable introductions and recommendations to centers, agencies and suppliers. In addition, related organizations in the PICO Group are united and supported through the World Events Organization (WEO) that focuses on synergizing activities and fields of expertise. Through the efforts of WEO, AsiaCongress can tap into global relations with organizations to support its activities in any part of the world.
Activities
The company was traditionally a trade show or exhibition organizer, and has since 1997 been developing congress driven events. It has established long-term relations and partnerships with industry organizations.
The activities of the company can be grouped in the following categories:

Conference & exhibition facilities
Each participant must have clear, concise information regarding participation in the conference. AsiaCongress has developed comprehensive, ‘user-friendly’ directories and standard exhibition and delegate informational materials for use with each event. The basic layouts and information are stored in our computers and simply by altering a few lines, these documents can be produced quickly and economically.
Organization programming
AsiaCongress has developed a unique Project Management Control System that allows every detail to be accurately programmed and monitored. Time-charts and cash-flow analyses ensure that the client knows exactly what should be happening and when. There cannot be a better control over the event. This is coupled with a reporting system for financial management.
Budget Control
AsiaCongress utilizes a computerized budget-control system to monitor all financial aspects of the event. In addition, our external accountants conduct monthly reviews.

Experience
AsiaCongress is now probably one of the most advanced PCOs in the Asia-Pacific. Its experienced and dedicated staff is at the root of its success, as well as, its use of technology, including web based abstract handling and on-line registration, now the norm of the industry. Its internationally experienced key managers are multi-lingual and and are of Thai, Filipino, Malaysian, Chinese, American and Dutch nationalities, most of them educated in Europe or the USA.
